The swimming pool was lovely and the view from the room was stunning. It was also great that the hotel was located close to the main attractions of the city, making it easy to explore. Another advantage was having a kettle in the room to make tea whenever I needed.

There were a lot of issues during my stay. The staff at the front desk were unhelpful and often not available.

You need to walk 10 minutes to get to skiliftkarussell winterberg, as it's very close to the hotel. The view from the room was superb!

We had a deal that included two-nights, a 3-course menu, welcome drinks, and a spa treatment discount. The restaurant had great service and the breakfast was nice with frequent refills. The location was ideal, as we could walk to town in around 5 minutes.

We loved the cozy bar with a fireplace and the helpful front desk staff who corrected our bill with a phone call. The cleaning staff did a fantastic job, and the room had a great size and view. Our kids enjoyed the kid's pool, and the duvet cover was a hit. Also, the location was ideal, very close to the city center.
